Under the direction of the Team Manager, you'll use professional skills and experience to provide practice management to team members.
If you have a good working knowledge of young people with autism, mental health and want the opportunity to make a real difference to young people's lives, then please get in touch!

About you
We are looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner with the ability to coach and mentor others.
You'll be a strong and effective communicator, both verbally and in written correspondence, with the ability to deal with a wide range of service users, including children and other professionals.
This is a rewarding role where you'll have the opportunity to develop your existing knowledge and understanding of child development and issues of family dynamics.
You'll be able to practice manage cases in line with national quality standards and best practice.
We do ask that you have Dip SW, CQSW, or a recognised equivalent professional qualification.
We're a small borough with a real family feel. So when you join us, we'll really look after you.
