This vacancy has arisen due to a staff member retiring after years of dedicated and loyal service.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right person, this could be the role you have been looking for……</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>About you……</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communicator who is patient and diplomatic</li>\n<li>Flexible in your approach to work and able to pick up new challenges each day</li>\n<li>Able to prioritise tasks</li>\n<li>Able to motivate, lead and support a team<strong> </strong>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About the role…<br></strong>We provide facilities support to a diverse portfolio of property that includes commercial business parks, corporate offices through to historic public access buildings that are occupied by colleagues, visitor, services users, Council Members and a broad range of commercial tenants.</p>\n<p>You will lead a small team of premises staff to ensure our buildings are efficiently maintained, operational and secure in accordance with business needs whilst assisting occupiers with essential soft facilities support to achieve their service targets</p>\n<p>Although some of our property assets operate extended hours, the facilities team routinely work a two-shift pattern of earlies and lates, 5 days a week to ensure flexibility of access and support to our occupiers.  The Facilities Supervisor will periodically be required to participate in this shift pattern to assist with absence cover or supervision arrangements in addition to providing out-of-hours’ duty support as required.</p>\n<p>Please note, you will require a full driving licence to be able to travel to all our sites in Rutland.</p>\n<p><strong>The Facilities Supervisor</strong><strong> Interviews will be held on 20 & 21 February 2025.  </strong>Please be advised this could be subject to change, in which case we will give appropriate notice.</p>\n<p><strong>We will be reviewing applications on a regular basis and inviting those who meet our essential person specification criteria to interview.
