The Haven CE Methodist Primary School is seeking an inspirational and dedicated Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team. Located in Eastbourne, The Haven is a two-form entry school that is much loved and highly regarded by pupils, staff, parents, carers, and the local community. As Deputy Headteacher, you will take a major role in formulating the aims and objectives of the school, establishing policies to achieve these aims, managing staff and resources, and monitoring progress towards our goals. This is a non-teaching role, allowing you to focus on strategic leadership and development.
