We are looking for a motivated individual who can work ethically and safely independently supporting clients within the community. A team player who can help cover the unit, use their own initiative to overcome challenges, and can build strong working relationships with both internal and external partners.
This is a 15hr per week (Saturday and Sunday) post.
We are a dedicated team, working with internal and external partners to ensure people are appropriately supported to maintain their tenancy. You will provide social and housing related support for people with complex mental health problems through individualised support and time enabling service users to access all community facilities. The work is varied and sometimes challenging, with the opportunity to develop creative and innovative solutions that allow individuals and their support networks to identify and manage risks which maximize choice and freedom.
