A team player who can help cover the unit, use their own initiative to overcome challenges, and can build strong working relationships with both internal and external partners.</p>\n<p>This is a 15hr per week (Saturday and Sunday) post.</p>\n<h3>What it's like working in our team...</h3>\n<p>We are a dedicated team, working with internal and external partners to ensure people are appropriately supported to maintain their tenancy.  You will provide social and housing related support for people with complex mental health problems through individualised support and time enabling service users to access all community facilities.
