You will provide a consultancy service to establish training needs and identify solutions and monitor and evaluate the quality of delivery.  You will use coaching and mentoring skills to support staff and provide advice and guidance on workforce development solutions. You will ensure all course descriptions and outcomes meet the required PCC standards, and create reports on workforce development activity and spend against agreed budgets. You will support reflection in social work practice, and support Student Social Workers on placement.
