Redbridge’s Specialist Education and Training Support Service (SEaTSS) is looking to appoint a Qualified Teacher of Deaf Children and Young People (ToD) or a teacher who is keen to train.
SEaTSS is one of the largest and most dynamic SEN Teams in the country, with approximately 100 specialist teachers, HLTAs, CSW and Technicians, who are all committed to the SEaTSS ethos where the “pupils’ needs are at the heart of all we do”.

SEaTSS is looking to appoint a positive and creative Teacher of Deaf Children and Young People to join our Sensory Team, which includes ToDs, Teachers of the Visually Impaired, Teachers of Physical Disabilities and Complex Medical conditions, Audiology Technician, CSW, Habilitation Officer, and HLTAs. We provide an advisory service to pupils with sensory and physical needs across a range of settings within the Local Authority.
Candidates will be passionate about teaching deaf pupils or those with a hearing loss across the age range (0-25) and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
