The Planning Team helps to shape the way the Borough grows, lives and works. It's an exciting place to be with Rugby set to grow 30% by 2035. We have a diverse workload covering range of commercial and residential projects and developments for both urban areas and our rolling countryside - much of which is Green Belt, plus significant heritage and cultural work preserving the birthplace of the game of Rugby.
We are currently looking to recruit to a full time Local Land Charges and Planning Technical Officer but will consider part time for suitable candidates.
You will be part of a small team and this role provides a varied workload, including –
This role will suit someone with a high level of administrative experience and a keen eye for detail and accuracy. In-house training can be provided, but a working knowledge of the UK planning process would be desirable, as would previous experience or general knowledge of Land Charges.
