Some days you'll be working from home, other days supporting the team either in person or virtually to enable us to offer an excellent customer experience.</p>\n<b>Main Responsibilities</b><br><p>Some of your main responsibilities will include:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Leading, designing, delivering and evaluating Corporate Organisational Development activity in order to support the delivery of the People Strategy across the Council.</li>\n\t<li>Identifying cross-cutting OD interventions and activity that will influence change across the whole organisation.
