Everyone deserves to live in a good-quality home, so at the City of London Corporation we place great value in ensuring we are delivering the highest quality housing management standards. Join us as a Home Ownership Officer, and you will be at the heart of this work as you manage the calculation and issue of all service and property charges.
We’re committed to getting things right, the first time. As such, you’ll help us maximise The City’s income by handling a range of complex charges relating to leasehold and freehold annual service charges, ground rents, major works and buildings insurance. Collecting the relevant information from a variety of sources, you’ll analyse this data, and you’ll ensure all properties are accurately set up on our systems, even if they’re being disposed of.
There’s a significant level of customer service involved this role, so you’ll excel here if you’re adept at handling enquiries, and you enjoy explaining the breakdown of calculations. Coming from a housing management background, you’ll have a good awareness of leasehold housing law and regulations, and we’ll expect you to be both literate and numerate.
We aim to provide an exceptional employee experience, so you can except a competitive salary and a generous benefits package that includes retail and leisure discounts, theatre offers, travel loans and more.
Closing date: 12 noon, 26 February 2025.
Interviews will be held w/c 24 March 2025
