Salary range £32,832 - £35,199 per annum

Responsibilities include:
- All aspects of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support administration, including assessing application forms to determine eligibility and changes to circumstances to recalculate new awards.
- Dealing with customers queries in a sensitive but professional manner, ensuring high levels of accuracy are maintained at all times
The role is offered on a Hybrid contract, with the time in the office agreed with The Revenue and Benefit Manager.
