This replaces a deficit model approach to social care and replaces this with a commitment to delivering a strengths-based approach.</p>\n<p>We are looking for highly self-motivated individuals with drive and enthusiasm, a positive outlook and a commitment to a flexible team approach to work.</p>\n<p>The above vacancies provide a challenging opportunity to people who enjoy working in a busy and demanding environment, offering advice and information to callers, taking requests for assessments/ services and liaising closely with social work teams and other relevant bodies.  It also offers excellent scope for personal and professional development.</p>\n<p>Candidates will need to demonstrate relevant previous experience in customer care, have a good understanding of Social Services, excellent IT and communication skills together with a ‘can do’ attitude.</p>\n<p>The opening hours for the team is 08:45 – 17:30 (Mon-Thurs) & 08:45 – 16:00 (Fri).</p>\n<p><strong>Who are we? </strong></p>\n<p>Sefton is a diverse and exciting local authority that is on a journey of aspiration and ambition as it works towards delivering its exciting Sefton 2030 Vision.
