We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Data Services Officer with expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

The role is offered as a 10-month contract covering maternity leave from 3 February 2025.
Responsibilities will include the collection, analysis and interpretation of spatial data using GIS software as well as the creation of maps to support decision-making processes. The successful applicant will also be expected to accurately and reliably update databases as well as successfully collaborate with team members to provided data driven solutions to various projects and assist in the development of data management strategies. Therefore, applicants will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Prior experience in data management or GIS is preferred and the ideal applicant will be proficient in ArcGIS Enterprise, especially ArcGIS Pro & ArcGIS Online as well as QGIS with experience in using FME being highly desirable.
Interviews are currently scheduled for the week commencing 21st October.
