Therefore, applicants will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">Prior experience in data management or GIS is preferred and the ideal applicant will be proficient in ArcGIS Enterprise, especially ArcGIS Pro & ArcGIS Online as well as QGIS with experience in using FME being highly desirable.</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">Interviews are currently scheduled for the week commencing 21st October.</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">Chelmsford City Council is committed to safeguarding vulnerable groups and expects all employees to share this commitment and have a range of policies and procedures in place which promote safeguarding and safer working practices across our services.
