Staff in these teams are responsible for ensuring that our statutory responsibilities for looked after children and care leavers are properly met. </span></p> <p><span><strong>The Role:</strong></span></p> <p><span>The Business Support Officer provides administrative support to teams within the Children and Families service, dealing with email and telephone queries, communicating with professionals and service users, sorting in-coming and out-going post, dealing with all correspondence in confidence, recording information onto caseload systems, booking appointments, and other tasks as required.
