ALS staff are required to conduct rigorous assessments of students to ensure funding requirements are strictly followed and adhered to ensure compliance.</div>\n<div> </div>\n<div><strong>The Person</strong></div>\n<p>Should have GCSE English and Maths and evidence of continued professional development and any relevant qualifications linked to the role.<br>Have awareness of how to support adults with developing underpinning skills, e.g. English, maths, IT. Have experience of effective assessment and learning support in an educational environment. Have experience of working with people with disabilities and difficulties.
