About The Role
This is a brand new role, which will join an energetic and high-profile team leading a change programme to ‘supercharge’ integrated care closer to people’s homes.
It will support intelligence and stakeholder-based analysis of existing community and primary services, translating and driving this into the design and modelling for Community Primary Partnerships across the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System (ICS).
The post holder will work closely with clinicians, senior leaders, and analysts across the ICS to extract data from source systems. They will manipulate and utilise this data to model both current designs and potential future pathways.
You will shape and deliver bespoke analyses and engagement with topic experts and will transform the information gathered into actionable intelligence for planning and predicting the impact of proposed changes to existing and future delivery.
About You
Ideally, we are looking for candidates educated to degree level with experience of system transformation and change management. You will also need to be able to demonstrate experience of developing and analysing population and business intelligence to help inform decision making.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, works autonomously, and has a passion for the application of high-quality health intelligence to improve population health and reducing inequalities. We need someone who has:

About The Team
Join our vibrant and diverse Public Health Team, a multi-disciplinary group dedicated to improving people’s health and wellbeing. This role is situated within the Adult Care and Community Wellbeing Directorate.
This role sits in the System Partnership, Pathway and Policy Portfolio and is part of a system-wide programme of work, led by the Director of Public Health on behalf of the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System. The postholder will be required to build strong working relationships with the ICS Business Intelligence and Population Health Management team, Public Health Intelligence Team and other key colleagues from across the system.
