Assessing, protecting, and representing in court:</p>\n<p>   - You'll be responsible for assessing needs under the Care Act, ensuring safety through safeguarding, and evaluating the capacity of individuals. Teamwork for independence and life opportunities:</p>\n<p>   - Working closely with the person, their families, MDT, and a supportive management team, you'll collaborate with others to come up with strategies to help people be more independent and open up opportunities in their lives.
