It’s a fantastic time to be joining the HR & OD Team at Brent Council as an Organisational Development Business Partner. As a result of our ambitious new transformation programme and significant investment in our HR and OD services, we have created several exciting new roles in the team.
You will play a key role in supporting our managers and delivering a culture change programme. Therefore, we’re looking for change makers, visionaries, and inspiring people who share our aspiration to deliver a first-class HR & OD service.

The Post
As an Organisational Development Business Partner at Brent, you will work with the HR & OD Team to support the achievement of organisational business goals.
You’ll design and deliver organisational development and change management interventions and initiatives that support the delivery of the Council’s people strategy, with a strong focus on leadership development.
We encourage flexible working, meaning you will have the option to work two days a week from home.
The Person
You will be a HR professional who is a professional member of the CIPD or CIPD qualified to Level 7.
It’s essential for success in this role that you have experience of successfully influencing culture change and managing complex organisational development projects.
You’ll be able to work collaboratively and easily build relationships, with a strong ability to influence people at all levels.
