You will champion user needs in the design of user-centred content across the range of Mid Sussex Council’s digital services. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and publish web content centred around those needs. You will also have the opportunity to significantly shape the Council’s Digital Strategy and the approach we take to transforming how we work and serve our customers.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborating with and guiding stakeholders to develop, publish, and manage digital content.</li>\n<li>Creating usable, accessible content for our websites and digital services.</li>\n<li>Ensuring the consistency of content and the design process across the Council.</li>\n<li>Helping to design the digital experience for our customers, supporting users to reach their goals through good content design.</li>\n<li>Ensuring website content is current and accurate, developing and upholding our content standards.</li>\n<li>Collaborating with stakeholders to define our approach to designing and managing content.</li>\n<li>Helping to develop our approach to accessibility and reducing digital exclusion.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer</strong></p>\n<p>Working at Mid Sussex District Council means being part of a team that actively shapes the future of our communities.
