Grade 6 – Scp 18-22, £30,559 to £32,654 per annum pro rata
Term time only
Hours: 30 per week (46 week +2 days Term time only)

We are seeking an exceptional HLTA to join our dedicated team. As a qualified HLTA with a proven track record of accelerating pupil progress, you will be passionate about children's learning through the curriculum. Knowledge of supporting pupils with additional educational needs to work in a small class environment would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
•Undertake whole class PPA cover with associated planning and marking
•Undertake whole class cover during teacher absence for short periods of time only
•Provide targeted academic interventions across all year groups
Requirements:
•Qualified HLTA with a proven track record of accelerating pupil progress
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong organisational and time management abilities
•Proficient in the use of relevant software and IT systems
•Knowledge of supporting pupils with additional educational needs
Desirable Qualities:
•Passion for children's learning through the curriculum
•Experience in a similar role within an educational setting
•Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
•Commitment to continuous professional development
