You may be required to join in activities with people we support and assist with an individual's personal care needs where necessary. <br><br>You will be required to complete manual handling tasks for people we support in wheelchairs on and off the vehicle and the role will involve a degree of bending, crouching and kneeling. Candidates should have the ability to meet the physical demands of the job role.<br> <br> <strong>What you will do</strong><br><br><strong>Driver Support Worker:</strong><ul>\n<li>Support people with and without mobility equipment in and out of vehicles, which may include the use of tail-lifts and ramps.</li>\n<li>Support people to access or take part in a range of activities on or off site.</li>\n<li>Provide emotional and physical support, which may include supporting with personal care tasks.</li>\n<li>Ensure vehicles are maintained and roadworthy.</li>\n</ul><strong>25 hour split shift Driver only:</strong><ul>\n<li>Support people with and without mobility equipment in and out of vehicles, which may include the use of tail-lifts and ramps.</li>\n<li>Ensure vehicles are maintained and roadworthy.</li>\n</ul><strong>What you'll need</strong><ul>\n<li>A <strong>category D1</strong> entitlement on driving licence.
